I spent a little time today organizing.
When inspiration strikes I like to be able to get started right away, no searching for the right supplies, no digging through piles of fabric, a place for everything and everything in it's place.
I'm by no means organized like this in every area of my home, you should see my bathroom drawers, they're horrible.
What do you prefer, do you like your space organized or are you more inspired when things are a bit higgledy piggledy?

Wow! looks awesome! Oh, I love organized supplies...I dont know why I cant make them stay that way!
I'm more of a RE-organizer.
In a fit of tidiness I'll go through the fabric (we're talking two pick-up beds full, if it was all in bins) sorting by use or color or whatever has crawled up my nose for the moment) then the paint, ribbons and trim, yarn, doll supplies, etc. Within a month, or two if I'm lucky, it's all a mess again, because in the throes of creativity, I can't be bothered to put anything back where it goes.
So I ignore this mess, fumble through it for supplies until I realize I'm putting off making things because I'm afraid of the mess-monster, and the cycle repeats itself.
Not really an uplifting thing to behold, but that's how it goes. :~)
It is a challenge to keep it all organized.
I have to admit, our space is very small so some of my organizing is simply due to a lack of room. I have given away bins and bins of extra fabric...sigh.
I am much more inspired when I'm organized, however, I'm not usually inspired to do the organizing.
